Yung Mulo has revealed plans to officially formalize his long-term relationship with Kahima Brenda, confirming that a traditional or celebratory ceremony is in the works after years of being together.
Speaking during an appearance on Galaxy TV, Yung Mulo admitted that the move might be coming “a bit late,” but emphasized that it is still the right time for him to take the step.
“We have been together for like 7 years, we have two children. I haven’t done it quickly and I see it’s even late but I have decided to do it so whatever comes out, that’s it,” he said.
The artist noted that while he does not plan to hold a lavish ceremony, he is committed to doing what he can within his means and according to what he believes is right.
“I will do what I can because I have to earn respect from her side. She had requested for this a long time ago from 2021 and I have always told her I’ll visit until I decided it’s now,” he added.
Yung Mulo also shared how their relationship began, revealing that they first met when he went to perform at her school.
After the performance, Kahima Brenda reached out to him on Facebook, and their communication gradually grew into a relationship that has now lasted years and produced two children.
Kahima Brenda is now expected to finally see the long-awaited formalization of their union, marking a new chapter in their relationship.
