Renowned producer and singer Daddy Andre has opened up about his involvement in President Yoweri Museveni’s campaign trail, revealing that his support is not merely political but deeply personal.

During an interview, Andre disclosed that his ties with the First Family go way back, explaining that he shares a strong bond with several of President Museveni’s children and has a close relationship with General Salim Saleh, the President’s brother.
“I am friends with the First Family. I started my friendship with General Saleh and continued upwards to President Museveni. I actually grew up with some of the children from the First Family. So what I’m doing is a family thing, even though I’m paid,” Andre revealed.
The singer went on to emphasize that his loyalty to the President stems from both personal connections and belief in his leadership.
According to Andre, President Museveni remains the right person to lead Uganda, and he is committed to continuing his campaign support for him.
