According to him, Luga Flow is essentially the Luganda version of rap, deeply rooted in local language and culture, while Hip Hop, as he described it, is typically performed in English. He went on to explain that Rap is the broader art form that brings both styles together.

Luga Flow is our local way of rapping and Hip Hop is usually in English,” he said, adding that when the two styles are combined, that’s what they generally refer to as Rap.

Da Agent also touched on the topic of rap beef, noting that it’s a common and even important part of the culture. However, he emphasized that it shouldn’t be taken too seriously.

“It’s usually musical beef, that’s all,” he explained, highlighting that such rivalries are more about entertainment and lyrical competition than personal conflict.
